Alright, here's a short bio: I'm a Service Advisor at Bob Smith Motors, and I've been in the automotive game for about 15 years, all based here in Billings, MT. I'm a graduate of Billings Senior High. You know, I really enjoy being able to help people out. I'm also a big fan of motorcycles. Really, what I like most about my job is working with people.

He treats me well but having brought my Corsair in, things have not gone that well this time. It was towed in from the ranch, took 4 working days for them to diagnose it. They called one week from the day I brought it in, I gave them the go ahead to order a new transmission. I called 8 days later and asked when my vehicle would be ready for me to pick up and was told they forgot to put the order in. I do have a loaner so all is not that bad, except it's a Mazda! Not a good experience this time.
