Alright, here's a short bio: I'm a Service Advisor at Bob Smith Motors, and I've been in the automotive game for about 15 years, all based here in Billings, MT. Took my car in for a half day for a recall. All that was checked was a clip on an accessory part . Then said I had to wait till part was ordered in. Was told it would only take a couple days to get part in . I said so do I schedule another day to lose my car. Was Told they would call me when part arrives, I am still waiting for the call that my part is at Bob Smith. Really miss Helen she was always welcoming you as you entered the shop and updated you as work progress occurred.

Ill give the experience a 2.My appointment wasn't on the schedule. My recall wasn't done, with no answers as to when it could be done, tech said it was a Ford problem. My vehicle was not washed, and I had to reach the lot to find my vehicle after you had all day long. I wonder if they actually changed oil and the filter and rotated the tires.
