Stephen went over and above to help with our warranty work. Our warranty is with Lithia Jeep and they would not return Stephen's phone calls to obtain approval to fix it. Stephen stayed in constant contact with me and my vehicle was fixed timely. Never buy an extended warranty at a dealership that doesn't work on Fords. We will never buy anywhere but Bob Smith Lincoln Mercury. They have the best service by far.

My appt and vehicle service was unorganized and the dept was unprepared. I scheduled my oil change appt and recall repair in advanced, verifying with the scheduler that the dept had the time to do both services within my appt and that the recall part was in stock. My car was there for almost 7 hours and they did not replace the recall part. Instead they repeated the same inspection and test they had done months prior and then notified me that they would have to order the part even though we had been through this whole process once before. Now, I will have to bring my car back in to have the part replaced and without our family vehicle once again. I am usually a fairly patient person, but the unpreparedness and unorganized behavior seems to be inherent vs a one off situation. My husband has had to bring his truck in two separate times both for over 6 hours to have an oil change and brakes replaced. The first time neither service was completed and the second day they still didnt have it done after a whole day. We've been service customers for years but after this, I dont think we will be back.

They have the best service department, always willing to help! In fact, just today I had a wiper issue and just stopped in and they fixed it on the spot. And Matt is great in the office, we would recommend them for sure.
